This is the primary data for the study of Selenoline-Gemcitabine synthesis. In this paper, we designed and synthesized selenoline-gemcitabine as a potential novel drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus inhibitor using a green chemistry approach and achieved a significant increase in yield by adjusting the pH of the reaction conditions. This not only contributes to the synthesis of biologically active selenoline-gemcitabine, but also provides an effective method for the green chemical synthesis of selenoline.
