Cadmium effects on microbial community in LongJiang River

In this paper, we collected water samples and sludge samples respectively along the whole LongJiang River, determined the physical and chemical indexes of all the samples to investigate the water quality and the distribution of heavy metal in LongJiang River. In additional, we applied the modern molecular technology, especially the 16SrRNA high throughput sequencing technology, to investigate the microbial community and research the effects of the distribution of heavy metal on microbial community by analyzing the correlation of the cadmium distribution in LongJiang River and the microbial community.

本研究沿龙江河全流域分别采集了水样与底泥样品，测定所有样品的理化指标，以探究龙江河水质状况及重金属分布特征。此外，本研究采用现代分子生物学技术，尤其是16SrRNA高通量测序技术，解析微生物群落结构，并通过分析龙江河镉分布与微生物群落的相关性，探究重金属分布对微生物群落的影响。
