ITS amplicon sequencing data from rhizospheric soil, roots and seeds of three plants of the sub-Antarctic Kerguelen Islands cultivated in different soil and temperature scenarios

To explore how microbiomes are recruited in the sub-Antarctic Kerguelen Islands, we used seeds collected in Australia Island, which will be planted in non-sterile or sterile (?-irradiation) soils under two separate temperature conditions. Five weeks post germination, we collected the seedling and analyzed with metabarcoding the fungalcommunities inhabiting their roots and rhizosphere.
