数据文件名称：2020年长江经济带常住人口分布数据集，该数据严格按照相关数据处理标准进行生产，以栅格TIF格式保存，数据精度为1km*1km，投影坐标系为Krasovsky_1940_Albers。为相关研究人员提供精细化的长江经济带（11省市）常住人口空间分布情况。本数据：首先基于1km*1km的联通用户手机信令数据源，以联通手机用户是否于夜间休息时间段15天以上在同一联通通讯基站服务范围内存续为依据，判定是否为该基站服务范围内的常住人口，得到大区域准确与精细的常住人口空间分布规律，其次基于常住人口空间分布规律使用地级市统计年鉴数据对常住人口进行量级校正，最后获得1km*1km栅格的常住人口空间分布数据。

Data File Name: 2020 Permanent Population Distribution Dataset of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This dataset is produced in strict accordance with relevant data processing standards, saved in raster TIF format, with a spatial resolution of 1km×1km, and the projected coordinate system is Krasovsky_1940_Albers. It provides refined spatial distribution data of permanent population in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (11 provinces and municipalities) for relevant researchers. The production workflow of this dataset is as follows: First, based on the 1km×1km mobile phone signaling data of China Unicom users, we judge whether a user is a permanent resident within the service area of a certain communication base station by verifying whether the user has stayed within the service range of the same base station during the nighttime rest period for more than 15 consecutive days, thereby obtaining the accurate and fine spatial distribution pattern of permanent population in large areas. Second, conduct magnitude calibration on the permanent population using prefecture-level city statistical yearbook data based on the obtained spatial distribution pattern of permanent population. Finally, the 1km×1km raster spatial distribution data of permanent population is obtained.
