Plant growth-promoting trait (PGPT) values for social consortia (SynCom). The complete dataset of the mean PGPT values for siderophore production, phosphate solubiliation, and indole acetic acid production values for all 255 populations. The 255 populations were the result of the complete combinatorial of 8 strains: A. brasilense, B. valentinum, E. medicae, B. subtilis, P. chlororaphis, P. fluorescens, P. lutea & P. rhizosphaerae. The IDs for each population can be found in the supplmentary material of the paper (Table S1.).

本数据集涵盖人工合成菌群(SynCom)的植物促生性状(PGPT)数值。完整数据集包含全部255个种群的嗜铁素合成、磷酸盐溶解及吲哚乙酸合成的平均PGPT数值。该255个种群由8株菌株经完全组合构建得到,分别为:巴西固氮螺菌(A. brasilense)、瓦伦廷芽孢杆菌(B. valentinum)、地中海中华根瘤菌(E. medicae)、枯草芽孢杆菌(B. subtilis)、绿针假单胞菌(P. chlororaphis)、荧光假单胞菌(P. fluorescens)、黄色假单胞菌(P. lutea)以及根际假单胞菌(P. rhizosphaerae)。各菌群种群的ID可查阅该论文的补充材料(表S1)。
