This series comprises meeting Minutes of the Rylstone Shire Council/Shire of Rylstone. As a result of the reform process in 2004, the number of councils in NSW was reduced from 172 to 154. Mid-Western Regional Council was the result of a merger of Mudgee and parts of Merriwa and Rylstone - date proclaimed and operations commenced 26 May 2004.
