Spatial heterogeneity in angling vulnerability guides management of stream salmonid metapopulations

This dataset contains the data and R code underlying the study "Spatial heterogeneity in angling vulnerability guides management of stream salmonid metapopulations." It includes individual-based angling capture records and hourly water temperature data for two stream salmonids, together with R scripts for the binomial GLM of angling vulnerability and the spatial matrix population projection under four angling scenarios. Posterior samples from a multi-state capture-recapture model are also provided as inputs to the projection. See README.md for file descriptions, column definitions, and the order of script execution.
