资源简介:
A Gram-negative, motile, non-spore-forming, aerobic, rod-shaped bacterial strain, designated UT-1RO-CII-1 was isolated from the root of garlic in Dali, Yunnan, China. Strain UT-1RO-CII-1 could grow at allicin stress. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using the maximum-likelihood, neighbour-joining, and minimum-evolution methods, based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence. All three treeing methods showed that strain UT-1RO-CII-1 was clustered with Sphingobacterium nematocidal M-SX103T (JF731241) (95.0%). The major cellular fatty acids are comprised of C15:0 iso (42.63%), C16:0 (10.95%), and C14:0 (7.10%). Strain CM-21-5 contains phosphatidylethanolamine (PE); aminophospholipid (APL); unidentified phosphoglycolipid (PL); unknown polar lipids (L). The major quinone system is ubiquinone MK-7. The DNA G+C content is 37 mol%, at the same time, the average nucleotide identity (ANI) values of UT-1RO-CII-1 with the selected reference strains are between 69.01% and 70.26%, and in silico estimated DNA-DNA hybridization (dDDH) values among UT-1RO-CII-1 and the selected reference strains, range from 13.6% to 19.6%. They are in all cases below the respective threshold for species differentiation. On the basis of phenotypic, genotypic and phylogenetic evidence, strain UT-1RO-CII-1 represents a new species within the genus Sphingobacterium, for which the name Sphingobacterium yan sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of Sphingobacterium yan is UT-1RO-CII-1T
