资源简介:
This study investigates the impact of short-term maternal methionine deficiency on gut microbiota composition and metabolic programming in offspring. DNA was extracted from mouse cecal contents and the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified and sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform (paired-end, 600 cycles). Samples were derived from three experimental groups: CON, high-fat diet (HFD), and methionine-deficient diet (MD). Sequencing data were processed using QIIME2, and downstream analysis included diversity measures, taxonomic profiling, and predictive functional annotation. These data provide insights into how maternal nutrition shapes microbial and metabolic outcomes in offspring.
