Land Surface Temperature (LST) is a fundamental and critical parameter for studies of Earth's energy exchange and water balance. The split-window algorithm is predominantly utilized for retrieving land surface temperature via thermal infrared remote sensing. This satellite-derived LST product is primarily computed using the split-window method and fast radiative transfer models. It has a temporal resolution of 10 minutes and a spatial resolution of 2 km.
