Consumers who bought and sold secondhand items 2022, by country

Consumers in the United States, United Kingdom (UK), and France were the most frequent purchasers of secondhand goods in 2022, according to the findings of a survey. Over 40 percent of consumers said they had purchased secondhand items in the last three-month period to the time of survey. Consumers in France were also active sellers, with 41 percent of respondents saying they sold goods in the secondhand market.
