我们以2020 年县级行政区划为基准(包括县、县级市、旗、自治旗和林场等,不包括市辖区)计算了全国范围内的物流末端可达性,其中剔除了城镇化率为100%或无行政村的地域单元等后,共保留2596 个单元。为基于真实路网和路况反应农村居民到达最近末端配送网点的出行时间,本文使用高德地图API中的路径规划接口,使用Python编码提取实际道路网络信息和通行距离、时间数据。出行方式分别设定为驾车和步行,搜索不同出行方式对应出行时间最短的农村邮政、快递物流末端配送网点,并计算相应的出行距离。数据集反映了中国县域尺度的物流可达性,并包含了不同交通方式之间的比较。
Based on the 2020 county-level administrative divisions (including counties, county-level cities, banners, autonomous banners, forest farms, etc., excluding municipal districts), this paper calculated the national logistics last-mile accessibility. After excluding territorial units with a 100% urbanization rate or those without administrative villages, a total of 2596 valid units were retained. To reflect the travel time of rural residents to the nearest last-mile delivery outlets based on real road networks and traffic conditions, the route planning interface of the Gaode Maps API was employed, and actual road network information, travel distances and travel time data were extracted via Python coding. Two travel modes, namely driving and walking, were set respectively. For each mode, the nearest rural postal, express delivery and logistics last-mile outlets with the shortest travel time were identified, and the corresponding travel distances were calculated. This dataset reflects the logistics accessibility at the county scale in China, and includes comparative analyses between different travel modes.
