Host-symbiont respiration related to symbiont density; anemones from Key Largo from (AnemoneOA project)

<p>Results of laboratory experiments examining the respiratory capacity in a natural population of the sea anemone<em> Exaiptasia pallida</em>.&nbsp; This dataset details the relationships between host and symbiont respiration per symbiont density.&nbsp; Respiratory demand was assessed by both whole organismal oxygen consumption as well as in vitro mitochondrial activity via the enzyme citrate synthase.</p>

本数据集收录了针对天然种群Exaiptasia pallida海葵呼吸能力开展的实验室实验结果。本数据集详细记录了宿主与共生体的呼吸量与共生体密度之间的关联规律。本次研究通过两种方式评估呼吸需求：一是整体生物体的耗氧量，二是以柠檬酸合酶（citrate synthase）为标志物的体外线粒体活性检测。
