To investigate the molecular mechanism of ichthyotoxic harmful alga Heterosigma akashiwo bloom, full-length transcriptome of this species was obtained by SMRT sequencing为探究鱼毒性有害藻类赤潮异弯藻（Heterosigma akashiwo）水华的分子机制，本研究采用单分子实时测序（SMRT sequencing）技术获取了该物种的全长转录组。
