Very preterm children gut microbiota comparison at the neonatal period of 1 month and 3.5 years of life

The aim of the present study was to characterize and compare the gut microbiota of 159 PT children recruited within the EPIPAGE2 French nationwide cohort at 1 month of life during NICU hospitalization and at 3.5 years of age when the gut microbiota is supposed to stabilize and shift toward a mature adult-like microbiota.
