Data and code supporting simultaneous conformal solver verification for risk-controlled renewable capacity screening under grid constraints

This archive supports the Sustainable Energy, Grids and Networks (SEGAN) study on risk-controlled screening of renewable capacity portfolios under network constraints. It freezes the 15/40/36 development, calibration, and blind split over non-overlapping 96-hour blocks; the 40-candidate primary pool and 80/160-candidate expansions; the heterogeneous STGCN/graph-transformer committee; block set-max conformal calibration; the deterministic simultaneous conformal solver verification (SCSV) stopping rule; and the Phase 9, A0-A6, B0-B6, timing, drift, pool-scaling, and alpha-sensitivity audits. The primary blind audit contains 36 blocks, 72 area tasks, and 2,880 candidate evaluations, with observed simultaneous-family coverage of 94.44%, exact finite-pool minimum recovery of 100%, zero normalized regret, and a mean of 6.278 exact evaluations out of 40. Compact candidate-level exact-label tables, frozen configurations, scripts, result tables, and editable figure sources are included. The full hourly node and branch tensors are not redistributed; they can be regenerated from the upstream RTS-GMLC source at the frozen commit recorded in the release configuration.
