Streptococcus oralis characterization and classification through Whole Genome Sequencing and Nanopore Sequencing in Lebanon

This research focuses on a case report from Lebanon concerning an 83-year-old man who contracted Streptococcus oralis as a urinary tract infection. It emphasizes the genomic dimension and underscores the significance of recognizing Streptococcus oralis in the urinary tract, rather than dismissing it as a mere contaminant as often reported.
