State Election 2014: Eastern Victoria Region Distribution of Votes

The proportional counting system is used to count to determine the result for the Legislative Council (Upper House) Regions. The proportional counting system is used when more than one person is to be elected. It ensures that the required number of candidates are elected in proportion to their support in the electorate. For each count a report of the distribution of votes to determine the successful candidates is produced

比例计数系统（Proportional Counting System）用于计票以确定立法会（上议院）各选区的选举结果。该系统适用于需选举多名议员的场景，可确保按照候选人在选区内获得的支持占比，选出符合法定名额要求的当选候选人。每一轮计票环节均会生成一份选票分配情况报告，用于确定当选候选人。
