Data for COI metabarcoding of sea urchin diet across pH gradients

This record contains processed data supporting a manuscript on the diet of sea urchins studied with COI metabarcoding. Faecal and stomach content samples were collected at Blanes (NW Mediterranean) and in La Palma along pH gradients. Files include representative ASV sequences (FASTA and QIIME 2 visualization), DADA2 denoising statistics, sample metadata, and a phyloseq object with OTUs clustered at 97% and curated with LULU. Raw reads are deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (BioProject PRJNA1552446). Analysis code is available at https://github.com/Sgonzalezdelgado/SeaUrchinDietMetabarcoding.
