為了森林保護、都市紙質垃圾(環境保全)的對策、節省資源能源,以構築循環型社會 的對策漸漸趨重要,其主要對策為(1)再生紙漿的多量利用(2)紙漿使用量的減少(3)抄造 時的能源(水資源、纖維資源)及藥品的減少。但為了達到上述對策,以抄製紙張即採 用多量的再生纖維,抄製低基重的紙張,但結果會導致有高密度、低強度、低不透明 度、低白度、低印刷適性等問題,擬以物理及化學性的手法,如利用改變紙匹的壓榨 狀態、內添改善劑、紙漿碱萃處理、改變使用填料種類及方式等處理以研製達到低基 重、高嵩度的紙張,可以達到同時提升白度、不透明度、透氣度及平滑度等,且不減 紙張的其他各種性質。

As forest conservation, countermeasures for urban paper waste (environmental protection), resource and energy conservation, and measures to build a circular society have become increasingly important, the core approaches include three aspects: (1) large-scale utilization of recycled pulp, (2) reduction of pulp consumption, and (3) reduction of energy (water and fiber resources) and chemicals during papermaking. However, implementing these measures by producing low basis weight paper with large amounts of recycled fibers will lead to problems such as high density, low strength, low opacity, low brightness, and poor printability. To address these issues, this study proposes to adopt physical and chemical modification methods, including adjusting the pressing conditions of paper webs, adding internal improving additives, performing alkaline extraction treatment on pulp, and altering the types and application modes of fillers, to develop low basis weight, high bulk paper that can simultaneously enhance brightness, opacity, air permeability and smoothness without sacrificing other paper properties.
