Project files provided as supporting information to the manuscript “Low-resolution descriptions of model neural activity reveal hidden features and underlying system properties” October 16, 2024 Riccardo Aldrigo, Roberto Menichetti, Raffaello Potestio ==================================   Compressed folder: "Hopfield_Simulations" All data of the simulations of the Hopfield model   Folder: "Patterns" --> contains csv files with the lists of every pattern memorized by the Hopfield model Folder: "Synaptic_matrix" --> contains csv files with every synaptic matrix of the Hopfield_model Folder: "Configurations" --> contains csv files with every dynamics of the Hopfield model Folder: "at_clust" --> contains csv files with every configuration visited during the dynamics and its frequency     Compressed folder: "Excogito_Results" All results obtained with the analysis done with "excogito" of N>10 Hopfield models   Folder: "N[...]_p[...]_[...]" (contains all data related to the analysis of the Hopfield model with specific values of N and p)    Folder: "files_dat" --> contains csv files that present the results of the program "excogito".   Legend: n_at: number of neurons of the Hopfield model n_cg: number of neurons of the CG representation MC steps: number of MC steps of the simulated annealing decay time: decay time of the simulated annealing lowest_smap: minimum value of S_map found with the simulated annealing minimization conv mapping: list of neurons that form the mappign with minimum S_map mappings_Smin.csv --> list of mappings with minimum S_map found with "excogito" parameters_hopfield_test_OnDemand.dat --> parameters of the program "pymap_ondemand" results_pymap_ondemand.csv --> same list showed in "mappings_Smin.csv" with the addition of the related values of     resolution (hs), relevance (hk) and mapping entropy     Compressed folder: "N10_Results" All results obtained with the analysis of N=10 Hopfield models   results_N[...]_p[...]_[...].csv --> list of all possible mappings of the Hopfield model with specific values of N and p.
