HDXRank: A Deep Learning Framework for Ranking Protein complex predictions with Hydrogen Deuterium Exchange Data

This repository contains HDX-MS data sourced from public databases MassIVE and PRIDE. The data were utilized to train our HDXRank model, which is designed to rank protein complex predictions based on their alignment with experimental HDX data.
