wt and sua7-1 nascent mRNA profiling in relation to termination of transcription

wt and sua7-1 nascent mRNA profiling was performed using the GRO-seq approach. Br-UTP labelling of nascent RNA followed by immunoprecipitation and cDNA library preparation with sequencing (peformed exactly as described in O'Brien et al., 2023). Three biological replicates were performed.野生型（wild type）与sua7-1的新生mRNA谱分析采用GRO-seq技术开展。新生RNA经Br-UTP标记后，依次完成免疫沉淀、cDNA文库构建与测序，所有操作严格参照O'Brien等（2023）发表的方法进行。本实验共设置3次生物学重复。
