This document includes two aspects 1) typical recommendations that funders can pass through to applicants, 2) development of testbeds to test out what data fabric calls "Global Digital Object Cloud". This document was created by a large number of authors and Tobias Weigel and Peter Wittenburg operating as editors and submitted to the EC in January.
