Virus Relatedness Data and Analysis

This archive contains the following files:<br>a) <b>Virus Relatedness Analysis.R</b>, an R script demonstrating the main analysis and modelling steps used in this study.<br>b) <b>Virus Relatedness Foldchange Data.csv</b>, containing fold-change in viral load data for four viruses tested across 45 <i>Drosophilidae</i> host species.<br>c) <b>Virus Relatedness Host Tree.nwk</b>, the phylogeny of 45 <i>Drosophilidae</i> host species used to fit phylogenetic generalised mixed models to viral load data.<br>d) <b>Virus Relatedness Model With Species.Rdata</b>, phylogenetic generalised mixed model (1) from this study, with viral load as a response variable, virus isolate as a fixed effect, and host phylogeny and host species as random effects.<br>e) <b>Virus Relatedness Model Without Species.Rdata</b>, phylogenetic generalised mixed model (2) from this study, with viral load as a response variable, virus isolate as a fixed effect, and host phylogeny as a random effect.
