AED-in-vehicles cost–utility model: aggregated inputs, PSA distributions, model equations and example Python code
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data and code package accompanying the manuscript“Automated external defibrillators in vehicles to close night-time and rural gaps: a European cost–utility analysis”. The package includes:– AED_vehicles_base_case_inputs.xlsx: aggregated epidemiological, outcome, cost and scenario parameters used in the static cost–utility model, plus global settings and stratum-level calibration values.– AED_vehicles_PSA_distributions.xlsx: parameter ranges and triangular distributions used for probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA).– AED_vehicles_model_structure_equations.docx: technical appendix describing the model structure, assumptions and core equations.– AED_vehicles_model_example.py: example Python implementation of the model, reproducing the base-case results and PSA.– README_AED_vehicles_package.txt: documentation of all files and how to use them. The simulation uses only published, aggregate data and official reports; no individual-level or identifiable patient data were collected or generated.
