Chiralify: A Framework for Fragmentation Modeling and Advanced Chiral Metabolites Annotation

Here, we introduce Chiralify, an open-source computational platform designed to enable untargeted chiral metabolomics. Chiralify integrates an expandable spectral library for metabolite annotation with a flexible framework for multiplexed analysis of chiral metabolomics datasets. The platform automates the detection, annotation, and comparative analysis of enantiomeric metabolites, providing a standardized and scalable solution for chiral metabolomics workflows. By transforming enantiomer analysis from a manual, labor-intensive process into an automated, discovery-driven pipeline, Chiralify enables systematic investigation of stereochemical diversity in metabolism and its role in human physiology and disease.
