RNA-sequencing in bone marrow Mesenchymal stem cells stimulated by Inflammatory factors

This project aims to investigate the target genes that involved in the activation mediated by inflammatory factors such as TNF-alpha, IL1-beta, LPS or IFN-beta. Primary bone marrow Mesenchymal stem cells were cultured under serum-deprived condition for two days, and then cells were stimulated with 10% FBS medium contained with different inflammatory factors respectively for 24 hours. Three biological replicates of Mesenchymal stem cells were used for the RNA-sequencing and further analysis.
