Additional file 7: Table S6. Technical details on the sequencing runs of the six MB samples used for scRNA-seq analysis. For both scRNA-seq cohorts, the number of cells per patient and cluster is shown for the regular UMAP based on all genes and the UMAP based solely on metabolic genes. For the RMB cohort, MB group and subgroup affiliations are derived from Riemondy et al. Furthermore, a list of marker genes for cells from the TME has been provided. Lists of DEGs and analysed pathways from scRNA-seq analyses described in the Additional file 1 have been added for both scRNA-seq datasets.
