Physiochemical parameters, optical parameters, molecular characteristics and molecules degradation processes number of DOM in different karst aquifer media (karst fissure media, karst conduit media, karst window groundwater) derived from EEM, PARAFAC, and FT-ICR MS analysis. The average values of indices based on FT-ICR MS data here are all calculated as intensity-weighted average (e.g., H/Cwa, O/Cwa, DBEwa, NOSCwa, and (AImod)wa).

本数据集涵盖不同岩溶含水层介质(包括岩溶裂隙介质、岩溶管道介质及岩溶天窗地下水)中溶解态有机质(Dissolved Organic Matter, DOM)的理化参数、光学参数、分子特征及分子降解过程数量,相关数据源自三维荧光光谱(Excitation-Emission Matrix, EEM)、平行因子分析(Parallel Factor Analysis, PARAFAC)与傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱(Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry, FT-ICR MS)的分析结果。本研究中基于傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱数据计算得到的各项指标平均值均采用强度加权平均值,例如加权平均氢碳比(H/Cwa)、加权平均氧碳比(O/Cwa)、加权平均双键当量(DBEwa)、加权平均归一化碳氧化态(NOSCwa)及加权平均改良型芳香性指数((AImod)wa)。
