Analysis Data for "Managing for climate and production goals on croplands"

The files in this repository are the (1) input data for the analyses and (2) resulting analyses output for the publication "Managing for climate and production goals on croplands." Files beginning with 'daycent-post-processed' and 'shp' should be placed in the /data directory with the subdirectory path, /daycent-post-processed, with the following path, data/daycent-post-processed, and unzipped. Unzipping the file 'analysis-output.tar.gz' should automatically create a directory, /analysis-output, which can also be placed in the /data directory. These steps are critical for executing the code associated with this study available at 10.5281/zenodo.14907984. It is recommended that users first download the code files from the GitHub repository if interested in re-creating the analyses. Otherwise, all data output associated with the publication are contained in 'analysis-output.tar.gz'. Please consult the read-me.txt for more information about the files contained in the tar.gz.
