Gene expression changes in soybean phid in response to low-does insecticide treatments

We sought to identify genes that were differentially expressed in soybean aphids (Aphis glycines) following exposure to low doses of insecticides. Groups of aphids from a single clone were exposed to LC50 doses of esfenvalerate and thiamethoxam. Aphids were harvested 12 and 24 hours post-exposure for RNA-Seq.
