Precipitation dataset (5 minutes rainfall), 30 long-term stations over the upper Oueme watershed (14 000 km2), Benin

Documentation of rainfall in the soudanian zone. The aim is to characterize the temporal and spatial variability of rainfall at meso-scale, with a good resolution of the convective scale patterns. Data is used in modelling and assimilation activities, process studies as well as for validation of satellite products.
