To characterize the cell identity of CAF-1 depleted Hoxa9-granulocyte-macrophage progenitors (Hoxa9-GMPs) and address whether CAF-1 suppression in Hoxa9-GMPs leads to either a heterogeneous or a mixed lineage state, we conducted single cell transcriptome analysis before and after the Hoxa9-GMPs commit to differentiation in both CAF-1 suppression and Hoxa9 inactivation conditions. Overall design: Single-cell mRNA profiles of Hoxa9-GMPs at 0h, 48hrs and 96hrs upon CAF-1 suppression or Hoxa9 inactivation by high throughput sequencing.
