Interview of Charles Stubbs, Sergeant at the Los Angeles Police Department's Pacific Division, about his professional background, the information available to the Los Angeles Police Department prior to the disturbance, the Los Angeles Police Department's preparedness to handle a major civil disturbance, the adequacy of the Los Angeles Police Department's response to the violence, and his criticisms and recommendations for future improvement, 1992 June 25.
