It contains: Calibration XY-axis with Argolight Circle Matrix Calibration Z-axis with Argolight Stairs 500nm steps Magnification measurement with Reflective Grid 5um pitch XYZ scan of gold bead with SPAD array and PMT (non-descanned image) HeLa cell image of the TOMM20 labelled with AF488 The data are HDF5 formqt with structure (repetition, z, y, x, time, channel), except for the magnification measurement which is .tif stack image.
