Co-author bibliometric networks and citation impact for research in multiple myeloma (2005-9 & 2005-11) and leukemia & lymphoma (2005-9)

This fileset contains raw as well as finalised datasets for bibliometric
assessment of research in multiple myeloma, leukemia and lymphoma. The data
was retrieved from Web of Science - no full records are shown here, only extracted,
modified data.

Data acquisition will be described in the linked paper, when/if published.

The data is divided into the following files:

Raw data:
- raw_myeloma_1.csv : Raw data for multiple myeloma 2005-9
- raw_myeloma_2.csv : Raw data for multiple myeloma 2005-11 (Less fields)
- raw_lymphoma.csv : Raw data for lymphoma 2005-9
- raw_leukemia.csv : Raw data for leukemia 2005-9
- raw_aml.csv : Raw data for AML 2005-9 

Modified data:
- mod_country.csv : Data extracted for country-specific impact
