Comparison of traditional and novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope to treat unilateral renal calculi

The preoperative demographic characteristics and baseline data of the two groups were collected, including age, gender, comorbidities, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, body mass index (BMI), surgical side, ipsilateral surgical history, midstream urine culture results, stone parameters, hydronephrosis and preoperative ureteral stent placement. The operation time, SFR, blood loss, stone composition, complications and hospitalization after operation were compared between the two groups.
