<p><span style='font-family:&quot;Avenir Next W01&quot;, &quot;Avenir Next W00&quot;, &quot;Avenir Next&quot;, Avenir, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>The aquifer risk map is being developed to fulfill requirements of SB200 aquifer risk map</span><font><span style='font-size:16px;'> (domestic and small system wells) web application. The aquifer risk map intends to help prioritize areas where domestic wells and state small water systems may be accessing groundwater that does not meet primary drinking water standards (maximum contaminant level or MCL). In accordance with SB200, the risk map is to be made available to the public and is to be updated annually starting January 1, 2021. The Fund Expenditure Plan states the risk map will be used by Water Boards staff to help prioritize areas for available SAFER funding. </span></font></p><p>This file shows provides the section data within the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) section delineations for use in the SB200 aquifer risk map web application. The columns contain the:</p><p></p><ul><li>section identification code (MTRS)</li><li>estimated count of domestic wells excluding those drilled before 1970 (DomWellCou_1970)</li><li>count of chemical constituents with a 20-year section average or a 2 year section maximum in that section above the MCL (SRF1)</li><li>count of chemical constituents with a 20-year average or a 2 year maximum between 80% - 100% of the MCL (SRF2)</li><li>average magnitude of chemical constituents in the section above the MCL (SRF3)</li><li>list of chemical constituents with a 20-year average or a 2 year maximum above the MCL (SL1)</li><li>list of chemical constituents with a 20-year average or a 2 year maximum between 80% - 100% of the MCL (SL2).</li></ul>
