Through the 16s rRNA sequencing results of cecal contents in mice orally administered with Porphyromonas gingivalis, Fusobacterium nucleatum, and Streptococcus mutans, the effects of these three common oral pathogenic bacteria on intestinal flora were compared, and metabolic-related bacteria genera were searched, in order to discover whether there is a specific effect of a certain bacterium.
