Multi-database Functional Annotation and SNP Resource of the Erysiphe corylacearum Transcriptome

This dataset contains the cleaned Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly (TSA) of the hazelnut powdery mildew pathogen Erysiphe corylacearum, along with derived annotations and variant calls. The TSA was assembled from Illumina NovaSeq 6000 RNA-seq reads obtained from naturally infected hazelnut (Corylus avellana cv. Tombul) leaves. The deposit includes: · TSA_clean.fasta – Cleaned transcriptome assembly submitted to NCBI TSA. · Annotation tables – NR, NT, KO, SwissProt, Pfam, GO, KOG outputs and annotation summary. · BUSCO results – Completeness evaluation against Ascomycota_odb10. · Contamination_report.txt – Adapter/contaminant screen from NCBI. · SNP/variant datasets – Variant calls derived from the transcriptome, suitable for population-level marker development and comparative analyses.
