The Principle of Direction: Supplementary Dataset for n=1 Practice Records of DP Meditation (Thermography Videos, Screenshots, and Subjective Logs)

This dataset is supplementary material for the preprint "The Direction Principle — A Unified Explanation of Human Behavior through the Single Formula 'Abstract → Concrete.'" It contains n=1 practice records related to Direction Principle meditation (DP meditation), a procedure using mental imagery aimed at improving autonomic nervous system function. The dataset includes thermography measurement videos (6 videos), screenshots at selected time points, a visual acuity test result image, and subjective logs recorded during the intervention period (Excel format). It comprises 3 sets of data, each with intervention and no-intervention conditions. See README.txt for details.
