We screened some lead-associated DMRs by LHC-BS in our previous work, in order to confirming these fragments, we used MethylTarget (a target DNA methylation sequencing method) to further validate them in both children's blood samples and cultured cell samples in this project. As lead was negatively associated with children's IQ scores, the screened differentially methylated fragments could be biomarkers for lead associated IQ reduction in prevention and treatment.
