1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' purchases of smart weighing scales.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analytical work.

Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three levels based on the calculated demand score: customers with a score above 50 are marked as "high-level", those with a score ranging from 30 to 50 are marked as "medium-level", and those with a score below 30 are marked as "low-level". This classification helps enterprises better understand their customer base: high-level customers should be contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-level customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-level customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to formulate more precise production and marketing strategies.
