Coccoliths 4D-STEM nanobeam electron diffraction dataset

4D STEM dataset of diffraction frames of a coccoliths taken with a scanning nanobeam in a scanning transmission electron microscope. The data was recorded with an ELA direct detection device (DECTRIS AG, Baden, Switzerland) in a CEFID lectron energy loss spectrometer (CEOS GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany) in energy-filtered mode. The dataset is compressed. The uncompressed data (approximately 14GB) is stored in the PantaRhei (CEOS GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany) .prz format, a serialized python object. To open the data use the Python numpy load command with the pickle option set: fh=np.load("Coccoliths0025.prz", allow_pickle=True).
