Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 30 cm adjacent to chamber 1 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2010 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.本数据集针对一处连续泥炭沼泽（continuous fen）中紧邻1号气室（chamber）的5cm、10cm及30cm深度的土壤温度开展监测。土壤温度传感器于2010年布设完成，在生长季内每5分钟记录一次温度数据；同期甲烷通量在自动气室监测站（Automatic Chamber Station）完成测定。当冬季站点无法开展通量监测时，土壤温度的监测频率调整为每小时一次。数据集中的空白单元格代表缺失数据。
