Observatories of the Seas Ontology (OSO)

Observatories of the Seas Ontology (OSO) is a semantic framework designed to describe marine observatories, research infrastructures, regional facilities, sites, platforms, organisations, cruises, and related observing activities. It supports FAIR data management, semantic interoperability, and integration of information related to marine observing systems, with a particular focus on EMSO ERIC. This release (v1.2.1): fixed ontology IRI detection by OWL API-based tools (removed the self-referencing header annotations omv:URI, omv:resourceLocator and rdfs:isDefinedBy); added multilingual labels for the Western Mediterranean Sea.
