资源简介:

The Adaptive Model of Digital Governance (AMDG) research programme examines digital public-sector arrangements through questions of institutional learning, feedback, authority and correction. Version 7 is a deliberately bounded open research resource for historical coverage, case discovery, teaching, and disciplined evidence use. The historical register preserves case labels and broad descriptive metadata from an earlier research archive. These entries are discovery leads only. A label may combine multiple institutions, systems, technologies, or periods. It must not be treated as evidence that a single coherent intervention existed, was delivered, achieved an outcome, or is comparable with another record. Users making any substantive factual, evaluative, implementation, outcome, or causal claim must locate, assess, and cite their own dated and attributable sources. The register is not a verified case archive, a source manifest, or a representative sample. Version 7 does not contain AMDG scores, index values, classifications, scoring protocols, analytical code, quantitative validation results, PDI data, complete case files, source captures, or a complete evidence manifest. It must not be used to rank jurisdictions, compare performance, validate a measure, infer delivery or impact, establish causation, make predictions, or reproduce a historical analysis. The resource is offered without charge for public-good research, teaching, and responsible professional inquiry. Its value lies in transparent historical orientation and evidence discipline, not in pre-packaged conclusions. Cite the exact version DOI for Version 7 and cite independent sources separately for every substantive claim.
