VPRS 1162 Registers of Outward Correspondence

This series controls VPRS 1161 Outward Registered Correspondence for the period 1884-1917 (thereafter VPRS 10374 Register of Inward and Outward Correspondence controls VPRS 1161).For each item of outward correspondence registered, the following information is recorded:DateRegistration NumberSubjectTo whom addressedAs well as the registration number of the item of correspondence being registered, the Number column records (in brackets) the numbers of any relevant items of inward correspondence (see VPRS 1163 Inward Correspondence Files).

本系列档案管控1884年至1917年期间的VPRS 1161号已登记外发函件（此后由VPRS 10374号内外函件登记簿管控VPRS 1161）。针对每一笔已登记的外发函件，该档案将记录以下信息：登记日期、登记编号、主题、收件方。除当前待登记函件的登记编号外，"编号"栏还会以括号形式标注相关内埠函件的编号（详见VPRS 1163号内埠函件档案）。
