Dissolved trace metal and ancillary data (including nutrients and dissolved oxygen) in the vicinity of the Deepwater Horizon blowout, May 2010-October 2011.

Dissolved trace element data collected on four cruises in the vicinity of the Deepwater Horizon blowout. Cruises were in early May 2010, late May 2010, October 2010, and October 2011. Besides data on dissolved concentrations of metals (including Fe, Mn, Ba, Co, and Cu), dataset also includes dissolved oxygen, nutrients, and total PAH's. There is additional data on trace element concentrations in oil and dispersant as well as experiments in which natural waters were mixed with oil and/or dispersant.

本数据集收录了深水地平线（Deepwater Horizon）井喷事故周边海域四次科考航次所采集的溶解态微量元素数据。四次航次的执行时间分别为2010年5月上旬、2010年5月下旬、2010年10月及2011年10月。除包含铁（Fe）、锰（Mn）、钡（Ba）、钴（Co）与铜（Cu）等金属的溶解态浓度数据外，本数据集还涵盖溶解氧、营养盐及总多环芳烃（PAH）的相关数据。此外，数据集还补充了原油与分散剂中微量元素浓度的测定数据，以及天然水体与原油和/或分散剂混合的模拟实验相关数据。
